YWCA Lancaster Summer Camp

Tuesday, March 11th

  • SDOL registrations here at 110 N. Lime St., Lancaster – 4:30pm to 6:30pm

Information Needed at Registration

  • Health insurance info

  • A form of payment (check, money order, card)

  • The name, phone number, and address for two (2) other emergency contacts besides the parent. 

  • Please bring a current health assessment with immunization records.
