YWCA Lancaster Summer Camp

Wednesday, March 12th

  • Penn Manor registrations are at Hambright Elementary – 3000 Charlestown Rd., Lancaster, PA – 4:00pm to 6:00pm

Information Needed at Registration

  • Health insurance info

  • A form of payment (check, money order, card)

  • The name, phone number, and address for two (2) other emergency contacts besides the parent. 

  • Please bring a current health assessment with immunization records.
